This privacy policy explains what information Lucky-Lucky.com (“the website”, “we”) collects when you use our dream interpretation service, and how it is used.

When you use the contact form to send a dream for interpretation, we collect the name and email address you provide, the text of your message, and, if you choose to attach one, a voice recording. When you pay for a reading, payment is handled directly by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to prepare and deliver your dream interpretation, and to reply to you by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How Your Information Is Stored
Submissions made through the contact form are processed by Jetpack, a service provided by Automattic Inc., and are stored within our WordPress site and delivered to our email inbox. Automattic’s own privacy policy governs how Jetpack processes this data in transit; see automattic.com/privacy.
4. Third Parties
We use PayPal to process payments and Jetpack (Automattic) to run our contact form and basic site statistics. These providers may process limited data (such as your IP address or payment details) under their own privacy policies. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
5. Data Retention
We keep the dream you send and our reply for as long as needed to respond to any follow-up questions, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact details below.
6. Your Rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact form on our home page.
7. Children
This service is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
